Shipping Cost

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for the USA and worldwide.

Shipping Times

Orders typically take 1–2 days to process. After processing, delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs or postal service issues beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile number) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. You can also track your package at www.17track.net. Allow 1–3 working days for tracking information to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, leaving a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately at info@cozystroller.com if you believe you provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

By placing an order on Cozy Stroller, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions on making a return.
